Hallelujah (1994)

A pleasant school's sports day. Ju-Young spends his time delightfully while cheering for his team, Ju-Young suddenly has a stomachache.
Ju-Young heads for the restroom. There are no toilet paper.
Knowing not what to do, Ju-Young goes to her class room to get the toilet paper. But she sees a boy looking through a bag next to her class room. Ju-young ignores it and keeps heading to her class room. At that moment, there was a boy starring at Ju-Young which was the boy from the next class room! Ju-Young hastily escapes through the back door. The boy follows her. Ju-Young runs faster. She soon gets caught to the boy. The boy stares at her scarily with his hands covering her neck. Ju-Young trickles her eyes....but...the boy struck dumb by taking her toilet paper. Ju-Young just watches the boy going to the men's room with her toilet paper.

The stone
I wanted to be a film director from childhood.
Yes! Actually, I completed my bachelor degree in Motion picture
and Production at Dongguk University in South Korea, with my course projects focused on motion picture planning, direction, scenario, production technology, etc.
At that time, my interest focused on how to give happiness and impression to people through my story.
I like to make a story of the film still, even though I've been working as a game designer. If I had gotten film directing job, I would have worked in the film industry....
Anyway, I really want to make my movie again!!!!
The year was 1997 when this photo was taken of all my project team.
GooYoung, SangWoo, SungHye, HwaYoung, SoonAe...whom I worked with. I was so thank to them. but I couldn't expression enough to say thank you. So I always want to say thank you to them.
Well, I'd like to introduce one of my films, "The Stone"
This Film which includes a story about a girl's happenings in 3 hours.
It was based on my real-life.
The stone (1997)
● Short film by 16 mm
● Running time：8 min
● Producing/Directing/Scenario/Editing：Hyona
On an ordinary night. SoonAe fights with her brother as usual with the TV channel. While fighting, she gets upset because of her brother as well as her mother always being on her brother's side.
She decides to run away from home.
When she came out, the watch was ticking to 8 o'clock.
SoonAe watches cartoon at the cartoon cafe, eats o-deng by the street, calls up her friends but later she find out that she has nothing else to do.
After sitting on the park's bench for a little while, she finds her self walking towards her home.
A very silent night... She throws a stone to her house.
There's no sign of her family... She feels angry... Soon she kicks the front door of her house. Just after a few seconds, there's a sound of the door opening. It's her brother.
"Hey, you stupid! Come on in"
Soon-Ae cries just after seeing her brother. She goes inside the house as if she was forced to regardless to her will.
This is how SoonAe's run away ended. It all happened in 3 hours.

It's a tragic story about three characters: Llona, who is very beautiful, Laszlo, who loves Llona and her lover, Andras, who is her other lover and a composer of "Gloomy sunday"
It's a beautiful film but a desperate story. When I saw the cover of this film, I thought It was exciting and funny, but It was so dark.
I was a little bit bored and very goomy after this film finished.
but It has always stuck in my mind.... very strange.....

Forrest Gump is very simple person who ends up doing very extraordinary things. It's a simple story that is rooted is the relationships of people. Forrest and his mother, Forrest and Jenny, Forrest and Dan....
I think that is really, the kind of the glue that holds things together.
I believe that Forrest is an example of how life is there for the taking. It's just a matter of reaching out and grabbing it. Just as he says, "stupid is as a stupid does" well destiny is as a destiny does.
There is only one thing you can do, and you can get a lot out of your life if you really want it.
I think Forrest Gump is a amazing film for everyone.
"Life was like a box of chocolates, you naver know what you're gonna get."

When I was young, I liked the cartoon film very much.
I watched the cartoon film video again and again.
Even though I watched same film every day, I wasn't bored. Especially I like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!!
When I was back from the office, I bought this toys simply because I liked it. It looks as pretty as round cheeks.
"Mirror, mirror, who is the prettiest of them all?"
